Job summary

John Cockerill in Mumbai seeks a Functional Analyst to support the Group CRM platform, digiSales, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. You will partner with the Product Owner for backlog management and drive enhancements across the CRM landscape.

Ideal candidates have strong Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform experience, fluency in English, and 5+ years in functional/CRM roles within multinational settings. Global collaboration and governance are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
• Understanding of CRM and sales processes, including Lead, Opportunity, Account, and Pipeline management.
• Experience in application support, business analysis, solution configuration, and testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed international teams.
• Fluent in English; 5+ years in Functional Analyst / CRM Consultant roles.
• Experience in multinational environments; Microsoft certifications are a plus.

• Provide Level 2 support for incidents and requests escalated by the Service Desk.
• Analyze business needs and propose functional solutions aligned with processes and platform capabilities.
• Participate in CRM projects by providing functional expertise, impact analysis, and deployment support.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and delivery of enhancements.
• Configure and maintain standard Dynamics 365 Sales functionalities.
• Coordinate testing activities and support solution validation before production deployment.
• Maintain documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Group IT teams, and external partners in a global environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, adoption, and governance of the digiSales platform.

Job Purpose

The Functional Analyst will support the Product Owner of the solution in the day-to-day management, support, and continuous improvement of the Group CRM platform, digiSales, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
