Swabodhini School and Vocational Centre for Special Children in Chennai seeks a Lead CSR Fundraising and Corporate Partnership professional to drive philanthropic initiatives and build strategic partnerships. You will identify prospective corporates, CSR teams and foundations, and create a robust pipeline of CSR funding opportunities.

Identify and engage prospective corporates, CSR teams and corporate foundations.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of CSR funding opportunities.
Research corporate CSR priorities and identify organisations aligned with Swabodhini's work.
Develop customised CSR proposals, concept notes, budgets, presentations and pitch decks.
Manage the complete fundraising cycle from prospect identification and outreach to proposal submission, negotiation and grant closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR Heads, corporate foundations, HR teams and senior corporate stakeholders.
Develop long-term partnerships and secure repeat, expanded and multi-year CSR funding.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing donors.
Coordinate with programme and finance teams to prepare donor reports, utilisation reports, impact reports and other required documentation.
Ensure timely fulfilment of donor commitments and reporting requirements.
Represent Swabodhini at relevant CSR, corporate and social-sector forums and networking events.
Track fundraising targets, prospects, proposals, follow-ups and conversions.
Stay updated on CSR regulations, corporate giving trends and emerging funding opportunities.
Contribute to achieving annual fundraising targets, with a focus on securing grants of ₹25 lakhs to ₹1 crore or more.
Support strategic development of Swabodhini's overall CSR fundraising and partnership strategy.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.
5–10 years of relevant experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, institutional fundraising, development/fundraising, or a similar role.
Proven experience in securing CSR grants, preferably ₹25 lakhs to ₹1 crore+.
Strong existing network among CSR professionals, corporate foundations and relevant corporate decision-makers.
Demonstrated experience in developing successful CSR proposals and converting prospects into funded partnerships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Strong research, follow-up, project management and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of targets and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across locations.
