Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance in Bengaluru is seeking a Sales Manager for the Corporate Business Group with 4-6 years of experience to manage end-to-end servicing for corporate clients and coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and Claims.

You will monitor policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and post-sales service; drive process improvements; and maintain MIS dashboards to support regular business reviews.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate from a recognized institute; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• Insurance-related certifications would be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of corporate/general insurance operations and servicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end servicing and backend operations for corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of service requests.
• Coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Claims and other internal stakeholders for seamless policy servicing.
