Job summary

UNISON International Consulting (The Recruitment Company) is seeking a Manager – CMC to drive financial planning, business analysis and performance management for a fast-growing international retail organization. The role owns P&L and cash flow budgeting and prepares P&L forecasts for the current year and mid-term.

The ideal candidate will have strong FP&A/financial planning experience,Excel skills, leadership and stakeholder management, and fluency in English and the local language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• Strong experience in FP&A, Financial Planning, Accounting or Internal Controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and Excel skills.
• Hands-on leadership and logical thinking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English and local language proficiency.
• SAP/ERP experience preferred.
• Retail/Apparel experience preferred.
