• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing or equivalent.
• Extensive clinical research experience in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• Leadership experience managing 15–16 direct reports.
• Experience with regulatory and startup processes.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines.
