Uniqus Consultech Inc. is seeking an Experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Clients & Markets (Commercial Finance & Business Insights). The role partners with business leaders to deliver actionable insights, dashboards, and strategic performance reporting to drive growth.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years in Business Finance/FP&A, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and experience with Power BI or Tableau, CRM systems, and data storytelling for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Business Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Business Analytics, Strategy, or Management Reporting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret business data.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce/Hubspot CRM, or similar reporting tools.
• Usage of AI tools like Claude and Glean.
• Strong financial modelling and business analysis capabilities.
• Ability to present data in a clear and impactful manner for senior leadership – strong presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports for leadership.
• Analyze business performance across revenue, pipeline, bookings, win rates, utilization, and other commercial KPIs.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for senior leadership and investors.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities for the Clients & Markets function.
• Convert complex datasets into meaningful insights and executive-level presentations.
• Track sales performance, pipeline movement, account growth, and market trends.
• Work closely with Finance, Business, and Leadership teams to provide commercial insights.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic business decisions.
• Prepare business cases and support leadership with data-driven recommendations.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes.

Experienced Manager /Senior Manager – Clients & Markets (Commercial Finance & Business Insights)

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially oriented professional to join our Clients & Markets team. This role will partner closely with business leaders to provide actionable business insights, drive performance reporting, support strategic decision-making, and improve visibility into the firm's growth metrics.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with numbers, analyzing business performance, presenting insights to leadership, and building management dashboards. While the role has a strong finance and analytical orientation, it sits within the Clients & Markets function and focuses on enabling business growth rather than traditional accounting or controllership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports for leadership.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in consulting, professional services, technology, or other matrix organizations will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / B.Com with relevant experience.
• Experience supporting leadership with business reporting and commercial decision-making.
• Exposure to sales reporting, pipeline analytics, budgeting, or strategic planning.
