Business Finance & Performance Analytics

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts aligned with business plans and liquidity requirements.
• Conduct profitability, margin, and cost analysis across products and business segments.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards for leadership decision-making.
• Support strategic initiatives such as pricing models, capital allocation analysis, and new product evaluations.

Automation & Systems

• Drive finance process automation using Power BI, Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, and ERP systems.
• Integrate data from Oracle Fusion, Tally, and Zoho Books to improve reporting efficiency.
• Streamline month-end closing processes and MIS reporting timelines.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, treasury, tax, and business teams to ensure financial accuracy and governance.
• Act as a key finance partner to senior leadership.
