Russell Investments in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Manager, Business Continuity to join the Global Risk Management team. You will lead the BCM programme, develop policies, and coordinate BIAs and BCPs across the organization.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Risk Program Management, you will oversee Mumbai-based staff, align BCM with risk management standards, and support disaster recovery and cyber resilience initiatives in a globally connected firm.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, ISO 22301, CISA or similar are preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 22301, FFIEC guidance, NIST and operational resilience frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the enterprise Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme.
• Develop and maintain business continuity policies, standards and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory expectations.
• Facilitate Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to identify critical business processes, recovery priorities, dependencies and recovery objectives.
• Ensure business continuity plans (BCPs) are documented, current and regularly reviewed across all business units.
• Partner with Technology, Cybersecurity, Facilities and business teams to strengthen enterprise resilience capabilities.
• Ensure alignment between BCM, disaster recovery, cyber resilience and operational risk management programmes.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development support to Mumbai-based team members in line with Russell Investments' matrix management model.
• Develop and manage the annual business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR) testing and exercise programme.
• Coordinate tabletop exercises, simulations and recovery tests to validate business continuity and recovery capabilities.
• Track and oversee remediation activities arising from exercises, testing and audits to ensure timely closure.
• Support and coordinate crisis management activities during business disruptions.
• Maintain crisis management protocols, escalation procedures and communication frameworks.
• Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership during incidents requiring business continuity plan activation.

Job Description:

Manager, Business Continuity

Russell Investments is seeking an experienced Manager, Business Continuity to join the Global Risk Management (GRM) team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, assessing and mitigating business continuity and operational resilience risks across Russell Investments globally, while providing management oversight of the Mumbai Business Continuity team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Risk Program Management, this role will be responsible for strengthening the firm's business continuity framework, supporting operational resilience and ensuring alignment with applicable risk management standards and regulatory expectations.

Years of Experience

5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in Business Continuity, Operational Risk, Operational Resilience, Disaster Recovery or related disciplines, preferably within an investment management firm, investment consulting firm or bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; professional certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, ISO 22301, CISA or similar are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and frameworks, including ISO 22301, FFIEC guidance, NIST and operational resilience frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, project management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working with GRC tools such as MetricStream, ServiceNow or Archer.

Responsibilities

Business Continuity Program Management
