Job summary

Russell Investments in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Investment Operations leader to oversee data, trade, portfolio, and product operations within Global Operations.

You will coordinate with portfolio managers, analysts, and brokers, manage end-to-end trade lifecycles across equities, fixed income, FX, and settlements, and drive risk mitigation and continuous process improvements.

• Oversee the end‑to‑end trade lifecycle across Equities, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange & Commission management/recapture, ensuring trade affirmation and settlements are processed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
• Ensure day‑to‑day operational responsibilities are efficiently managed and delivered to core business clients.
• Identify, elevate, mitigate, and resolve operational risks collaboratively.
• Drive continuous growth and development of Investments Operations Teams.
