Job summary

JLL India is seeking a Manager - Business Analyst for an on-site role in Gurugram. The role bridges business needs with technology, driving requirements and supporting KPI-driven account management within Integrated Facility Management (IFM).

You will collaborate with operations and IT teams to deliver dashboards, MIS reports, and data-driven insights, while coordinating data extraction and tool transitions across Global and Local teams.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of related experience in business analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience modelling business processes.
• Industry knowledge will be added advantage.
• Analytical with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand business and ensures integration between business and technology.

• Support the account director to drive the Annual account plan across functions.
• Drive and track India level KPIs for the account.
• Support the IFM team in driving change management on major projects.
• Coordinate data extraction from databases and interpret data.
• Create report templates and data gathering tools to meet future standards.
• Data custodian & controller for all decisions.
• Trend analysis and alignment with account management team.
• Deliver output files for reports and dashboards.
• Manage transition of Technology tools between Global and Local teams.
• Sign off on data roadworthiness and compliance reporting.
• Generate MIS and reports as required.

Duties & responsibilities

• Understand business and ensures there is integration between business and technology
• Work closely with the operations and technical teams and is a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable
• Support the account director to drive Annual account plan across various function
• Drive and track India level KPI’s for the account
• Support the IFM team in driving change management on major projects and become a single point of contact for operational related updates to the client
• Provides analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation
• Create report templates and data gathering tools to meet desired future standard
• Data custodian & controller for all strategic decisions
• Trend analysis and aligning with account management team
• Technology Tools including Helpdesk– Trending and Analytics
• Deliver output files for reports and dashboards
• Managing transition of Technology tools between Global and Local teams
• Sign off on data roadworthiness
• Facilitate Reporting on compliances
• Seek and collate data for analytics
• Generate MIS and reports as per management requirement
• Cross verification of data as per agreed TOR time to time
• Generate Daily reports, Weekly reports, MMR, QBR, ABR etc. and own the reports

Performance objectives

• Review business processes in order to gain a complete understanding of current procedures and identify improvements
• Document those processes, and connect business heads to information technology groups in an organization
• Responsible for analysing and modelling existing business processes
• To understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement
• A thorough understanding of the current state of the organization is necessary prior to recommending changes related to implementing a new business solution
• The business analyst is responsible for the knowledge transfer of business implications to the application/database developers and project managers

Key skills

• Should have business analysis skills and experience in modelling business processes
• Extremely strong communication and presentation skills
• Good documentation skills
• Industry knowledge will be added advantage
• Is very analytical with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues

• Graduated in Analytics from a reputed Management Institute
• Should have related experience of 7-10 years
