Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a senior Business Resilience professional to own governance of BCM, crisis management, and risk programs across the organization. You will lead IT DR initiatives, drive resilience with senior stakeholders, and guide 5–10 team members through complex incidents and audits.

The role requires 10+ years in ITES with 7+ years in IT DR and Risk Management, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across locations and geographies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ITES with 7+ years in IT DR and Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and risk reporting standards.
• Hands-on experience in DR planning, cyber incident response, and compliance audits.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own governance, maintenance, and sustenance of BCM across the organization.
• Provide SME guidance in BCM, Crisis Management, Resilience, Risk & Compliance.
• Lead risk management programs across multiple domains (infrastructure, BFSI, healthcare).
• Oversee IT Disaster Recovery planning, cyber continuity, and compliance audits.
• Coordinate with Delivery and Enabling Functions across locations and geographies.
• Lead crisis management and response at functional/location/site level.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design programs meeting business needs.
• Convince stakeholders and drive actions with senior leaders to completion.
• Manage and supervise a team of 5–10 people.
• Prepare reports, conduct analyses, and present to stakeholders.
• Negotiate and manage conflicts effectively.
• Work extended hours during crisis events.

Responsibilities

• Own the governance, maintenance, and sustenance of Business Continuity Management System across the organization
• Subject Matter Expertise in BCM, Crisis Management, Resilience, Risk & Compliance domains
• Have multi-faceted experience in Risk Management related program implementation in multiple domains (Infrastructure services, BFSI, Healthcare will be preference)
• Should have sound knowledge of IT Disaster Recovery Program and Cyber related Business Continuity Planning
• Good understanding and exposure to business operations in IT Application Support and Maintenance, Infrastructure, Business Services, and Products & Platforms
• Be a self-starter with good interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple teams from Delivery and Enabling Functions across locations, geographies, and engagements
• Hands-on experience leading Crisis Management and response at a functional / location / site level
• Ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders to design programs that meet the requirements of the organization & strengthens the resilience posture and are aligned to business needs.
• Ability to logically convince stakeholders to take necessary actions. Work closely with Senior leaders and drive activities to successful completion
• Have experience leading and directly supervising 5-10 people
• Experience in preparing reports, conduct analysis and present to various stakeholders
• Excellent Negotiation and Conflict Management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and extended hours during Crisis events
