The Head of Branding & Corporate Communications is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing online and offline communication strategies to promote Hubert Ebner (India) Pvt. Ltd. This includes corporate communications, public affairs, press relations, and digital marketing. The role reports directly to the Manager of Marketing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Handhold current responsibilities and transfer existing customer database to the Marketing Manager.
  2. Develop strategic communication plans for promoting and disseminating corporate and marketing content.
  3. Coordinate corporate promotions and communications with departments and management.
  4. Develop and optimize the company's web presence for SEO and organic search.
  5. Manage and develop corporate branding.
  6. Maintain social media profiles and create quality content for Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  7. Expand digital presence through relevant social media outlets.
  8. Build and maintain media partnerships and manage PR and press relations.
  9. Assist in preparing and drafting communications, including speeches for high-level officials.
  10. Create compelling content for various platforms.
  11. Optimize campaigns to enhance interaction, brand exposure, and sales.
  12. Select appropriate channels for targeted campaigns and ensure content sharing across networks.
  13. Build and maintain a strong online reputation for Hubert Ebner.
  14. Establish presence in trade magazines and social media sites.
  15. Organize events such as conclaves, press conferences, and participation in fairs and expos.
  16. Update marketing collateral like brochures and product manuals.
  17. Coordinate product management with the Head of Academy.
  18. Maintain customer relationships with partners, agencies, and authorities on major projects.
  19. Coordinate with the World Bank for major project acquisitions.
  20. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by authorities.
