The Corporate Institute in Hyderabad/Ahmedabad is seeking an experienced Healthcare Audit Manager with hands-on US Hospital Audit expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US auditing standards, methodologies, and the ability to drive audit quality while mentoring the team.

Qualificações

• Must have hands-on US Hospital Audit experience and be able to lead engagements.

• Willingness to work from Ahmedabad or Hyderabad.

• Perform and review audit procedures in accordance with US GAAS and applicable accounting standards.
• Review audit workpapers and ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with professional standards.
• Lead and supervise audit teams, including assigning work and monitoring engagement progress.
• Coach, train, and mentor staff to improve technical and audit skills.
• Communicate effectively with engagement teams and clients regarding audit findings and requirements.
• Identify audit issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support continuous improvement of audit processes and quality assurance.

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Audit Manager with strong hands-on experience in US Hospital Audits.

• The ideal candidate should have a solid background in US Audit, along with the ability to lead audit engagements, review work, and coach and develop audit staff.
• Specific hands-on Hospital Audit experience within the healthcare segment is mandatory.
• Candidates with only general healthcare experience but without relevant Hospital Audit experience will not be considered.
• Strong experience in reviewing audit work and maintaining quality standards.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and mentor audit staff.
• Strong knowledge of US auditing standards and audit methodologies.
• Willingness to work from Ahmedabad or Hyderabad.
