Qualifications

• CA with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Real Estate.
• Strong experience in Commercial Audits, Internal Controls, SAP and Cost Management.
• Good knowledge of SAP FI/MM/PS, Advanced Excel and audit analytics.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and financial audits across real estate projects and corporate functions.
• Review project costs, budgets vs. actuals, procurement, vendor payments, inventory and expenses.
• Conduct revenue, billing, collections, brokerage and contract compliance reviews.
• Review SAP FI/MM/PS transactions, reconciliations, controls and audit trails.
• Review insurance coverage, legal cases, vendor claims, arbitration and MSME matters from a financial/control perspective.
• Conduct HR, payroll, attendance and statutory compliance audits.
• Identify control gaps, financial risks and process inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports, management insights and follow-up on audit observations.

Location: Head Office | Reporting To: Head of Internal Audit
Experience: 5+ Years | Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial and financial audits across real estate projects and corporate functions.


• Review project costs, budgets vs. actuals, procurement, vendor payments, inventory and expenses.
