Job summary

KBS Certification Services in Navi Mumbai seeks a seasoned Manager - Quality to lead ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 audits, ensure accreditation and scope extensions, and drive client engagements.

You will conduct third-party audits, trainings, and inspections, coordinate with international organizations, and mentor teams in QA/QC and safety practices across energy and infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 1st class from recognised Universities.
• 9–11 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
• Experience in external audits for independent certification bodies.
• Knowledge of IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, NTPC, NPCIL quality requirements.
• Ability to conduct third‑party audits and trainings independently.
• Preference for Electrical Class A/B licences and DGFASLI safety qualification.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with 1 st class from recognised Universities having

similar work experience of 9-11 years.

Must be Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 with sound experience in External Audits from

independent certification bodies.

Should have sound working knowledge of various Certifications NABC Accreditation procedures and

their implementations.

Should have ability to conduct independently Third-Party Audits and trainings.

Preferred having valid Electrical Class A / Class B Licences

Preferred having Qualified as a competent Safety Person from DGFASLI.

Preferred if having working experience in Oil & gas Industry in QA QC / safety audits/ Inspection roles.

Preferred having knowledge of IOCL, BPCL,HPCL , NTPC , NPCIL Quality requirements , documents .

Preferred if having hands on experience of conducting electrical , Fire and safety audits of Retail Outlets

Petrol stations, Public malls , Hotels , Hospitals & other similar public places.
