Deutsche Bank AG in Mumbai seeks an experienced banking operations professional to manage loan payment processing and liability transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to meet tight turnaround times. 5+ years in banking/finance and MBA in Finance are favored, with CPA/CA credentials as an advantage.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years related experience in banking/finance operations in India.
• Graduate with MBA in Finance; CPA/CA is a plus.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, RTGS/NEFT, CTS clearing, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day loan payment processing and liability transactions per bank policy, ensuring timely, error-free execution and compliance.
• Process CTS inward clearing, RTGS/NEFT, ACH debit/credit files on time.
• Ensure timely NACH inward/outward mandates processing.
• Manage customer requests via Branch/Customer Care, coordinate with stakeholders.
• Daily reconciliation of office accounts and rectify transactions to avoid breakages.
• Assist with amortization of expenses and monthly accounting entries in Finacle.
• Upload menu-based entries and settlements; support new bank projects to closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to close audit points.

• The candidate is expected to have current understanding of client payment processing for loan, current and savings account payment processing, clearing activities, RTGS/NEFT processing etc. along with analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment to meet predefined turn around for activities specified for the role.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of banking and financial services industry. Proficient in Microsoft suite of products - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Minimum 5 years related experience. Graduate and having relevant experience banking and finance industry. MBA in finance, preferably CPA / Chartered Accountant, with public accounting experience and banking industry experience is added advantage.
• The role would be of ensuring adherence of DB Service Standards w.r.t. to Processes, Customer Service, Internal / External Compliance Standards, Internal / External Audit and Corporate Security. Primary responsibility would be to manage PB loan payment processing and liability transactions processing and publish various reports as would be required from time to time.

Your key responsibilities

• Handling all day-to-day activities related to loan payment application viz loan emi banking, part payment, foreclosure, settlement, write off processing as per Bank’s policy. This role ensures that there is timely and error free execution of transaction processing in full compliance with the internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Handling of daily CTS inward clearing, RTGS/NEFT processing, ACH debit/credit files processing in timely manner.
• Ensuring timely processing of NACH inward and outward mandates.
• Managing customer requests received through various channels like Branch, Customer care units.
• The role involves daily reconciliation of various office accounts and ensure timely rectifications of transactions to avoid any breakage.
• DSA Accounting for Amortization of expenses on monthly basis.
• Menu based uploads in Finacle such as upload of cash collected by DMU team against Emi’s, Settlements and Write off cases & also passing off manual entries of Settlements and Write off cases.
• Taking up new projects of the bank which is assign by the management and ensuring successful and timely closure.
• The role will be responsible to closely work with all stakeholders and coordination ensuring closures of all Audit points.

Your skills and experience

• Knowledge of banking and financial services industry. Proficient in Microsoft suite of products - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Minimum 5 years related experience.
