ADVANZ PHARMA Corp. seeks a Manager Artwork Development QC to build an integrated Artwork and Regulatory QC capability, guiding cross‑functional teams across Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. You’ll lead end‑to‑end QC of packaging artwork and regulatory product information, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

The role emphasizes coaching the team, identifying country-specific requirements, and driving continuous quality improvements to support global markets.

Qualificações

Extensive experience in pharmaceutical artwork quality control, regulatory labelling, packaging operations, or regulatory affairs.
Strong understanding of regulatory labelling requirements for regulated markets.
Experience reviewing artwork against regulatory content and identifying issues across countries.
Experience working with cross-functional global teams and external partners.
Knowledge of artwork management systems and controlled document environments (Veeva Vault RIM/AMS).
Experience using electronic proofreading tools (GlobalVision).
Ability to coach and lead colleagues in artwork, labeling, or regulatory quality functions.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end quality control of pharmaceutical packaging artwork and product information materials, ensuring regulatory and technical accuracy.
Review artwork against approved regulatory source documents, identifying omissions and country-specific requirements before regulatory review.
Perform detailed content and technical QC covering labelling information, warnings, dosage information, legal statements, barcodes, packaging specs, and artwork design elements.
Support implementation of an integrated Artwork and Regulatory QC approach across the organisation.
Train, coach, and develop Artwork QC team members as they expand into regulatory QC activities.
Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external vendors to ensure compliant and timely delivery of artwork projects.
Lead and support artwork-related investigations, change controls, deviations, CAPAs, and quality improvement initiatives.

As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we are seeking a Manager Artwork Development QC to join our Global Regulatory Affairs (Medical Office) function, focused on delivering high-quality, compliant pharmaceutical packaging artwork and regulatory labelling across global markets.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in establishing an integrated Artwork and Regulatory Quality Control capability within ADVANZ PHARMA. The role combines hands‑on artwork and regulatory QC expertise with team leadership, helping ensure packaging and product information accurately reflect approved regulatory requirements before final regulatory review.

Working closely with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, external CMOs, and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will identify country‑specific requirements, detect potential compliance risks early, and drive continuous improvements across artwork development and regulatory quality processes. You will also support and develop a small team as they expand from traditional artwork QC into regulatory QC activities.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Review artwork against approved regulatory source documents, identifying omissions, inconsistencies, country‑specific requirements, and compliance risks before regulatory review.
Perform detailed content and technical QC covering labelling information, warnings, dosage information, legal statements, barcodes, packaging specifications, and artwork design elements.
Support implementation of an integrated Artwork and Regulatory QC approach across the organisation.
Train, coach, and develop Artwork QC team members as they expand their responsibilities into regulatory QC activities.
Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial teams, and external vendors to ensure compliant and timely delivery of artwork projects.
Lead and support artwork‑related investigations, change controls, deviations, CAPAs, and quality improvement initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement of artwork processes, SOPs, review standards, and quality controls.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Packaging Technology.
Project Management certification is advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Extensive years of experience within pharmaceutical artwork quality control, regulatory labelling, packaging operations, regulatory affairs, or a related regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory labelling requirements and experience supporting regulated markets.
Experience reviewing artwork against approved regulatory content and identifying compliance issues, omissions, and country‑specific requirements.
Experience working with cross‑functional global teams and external manufacturing or packaging partners.
Knowledge of artwork management systems and controlled document environments, ideally including Veeva Vault RIM/AMS or comparable platforms.
Experience using electronic proofreading tools, ideally GlobalVision.
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, train, or lead colleagues within artwork, labelling, or regulatory quality functions.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to risk identification and quality decision‑making.
Excellent communication, organisational, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
A positive and 'can-do' approach, biased towards finding solutions and embracing change.
