Job summary

Macsen Laboratories in Rajasthan seeks a skilled lab instrumentation specialist to handle HPLC, GC and LC-MS, conduct method development and validation, and support GMP-compliant operations. The role involves preparing reagents and mobile phases, maintaining records, developing SOPs, managing stability studies, and ensuring safe handling of chemicals with attention to PPE and lab safety norms.

Shift flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with HPLC, GC and LC-MS instrumentation.
• Familiarity with method development and validation workflows.
• Good knowledge of GMP practices and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in preparation of volumetric solutions, mobile phases, and reagents.
• Hands-on operation and troubleshooting of HPLC/GC/LCMS systems and related software.
• Perform method development, method validation, and instrumental analysis.
• Coordinate stability and shelf-life studies for new and existing products.
• Prepare and review SOPs, protocols, reports, and related ARD documentation.
• Manage reagents and consumables inventory; ensure regulatory compliance.

Candidate should have Experience on handling sophisticated instruments Such as HPLC, GC, and LC-MS.

Available to working in shifting system.

Job Responsibility:

1. Expertization on Preparation of Volumetric solution, Mobile phase, and Reagent.

2. Familiar with hand-holding for operation and handling of the latest laboratory instruments, Apparatus, and software (HPLC/GC/LCMS/GCMS, etc.)

3. Working Knowledge of Good chromatographic practices and Troubleshooting related to sophisticated instruments like HPLC/GC, etc.

4. Sound knowledge of Method development & Method validation, instrumental method of analysis, and logical approach.

5. Manage Stability & shelf-life Studies for new product /existing product as and when required.

6. Analysis of samples received from R&D (Synthesis) (Samples include in-process Reaction monitoring, intermediate, finished product.

7. Responsible for the preparation and review of SOPS, protocol, Reports and relevant documentation of ARD.

8. Manage all reagent and consumable Requirements.

9. Knowledge of Different regulatory guidelines.

10. Capable of working independently and handling laboratory operations if required.

11. Maintain lab records and logbooks according to GMP.

12. Familiar with handling chemicals, pharmaceutical product samples, and aware of laboratory safety norms and PPE usage.

Required Candidate Profile:

Experience in handling instruments like HPLC, GC, and LC-MS.
