• Experience implementing multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and executing SOX IT Change Controls.
• Proven track record of User Access and Separation of Duties (SOD) violation reviews.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to communicate complex security concepts.

The Manager, Technical Product Management (Security and Audit Manager) owns end-to-end technology product delivery, specifically overseeing security, access, and compliance for critical HR systems. To be successful, the TPM must deeply understand business goals and regulatory challenges, applying deep domain knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors to ensure secure, efficient, and optimal solutions are delivered. You will be responsible for leading the design, modification, and auditing of Role Based Permissions (RBP) and maintaining a compliant environment across the global landscape.

Duties

• Product Strategy and Roadmap Definition: Manages and supports the security and audit technology product strategy. Works with business partners to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors security in alignment with compliance goals and business needs.
• Security & RBP Management: Lead the support, design, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors Security and Role Based Permissions (RBP) across McDonald's global HR systems.
• Audit & Compliance: Design, execute, and monitor SOX IT Change Controls. Conduct regular User Access and Separation of Duties (SOD) violation reviews to ensure strict compliance and data privacy standards are met.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, functional SMEs, SAP module owners, and HR business stakeholders to translate compliance, security, and integration needs across SAP SuccessFactors and other SAP modules into clear, actionable technical product requirements.

• Feature Development and Release Management: Lead the end-to-end product development process for security and audit capabilities, from concept to launch. Oversee development sprints, conduct product reviews, and ensure high-quality releases within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central landscape.
• Continuous Improvement: Utilize data analytics and audit reports to identify vulnerabilities, mitigate risks, and implement continuous improvements to security workflows and access models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 13+ years of technical product management or relevant IT/Security experience.
• Highly skilled and master proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors with RBP (Role Based Permission) design, modification, and maintenance.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Experience or working knowledge of additional SAP SuccessFactors modules will be an added advantage.
• Experience in implementing multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience designing and executing SOX IT Change Controls.
• Proven track record of conducting comprehensive User Access and Separation of Duties (SOD) violation reviews.
• Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to set clear goals, lead teams through complex compliance requirements, and communicate technical security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience applying product-centric methods and Agile ceremonies to optimize ways of working.
