Job summary

Neuron Energy Pvt Ltd in Mumbai is seeking a highly driven Manager - Accounts to join our Finance Team. The role focuses on statutory compliances, reconciliation, and supporting audit processes to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.

You will own TDS, GST, PT, ESIC and ROC activities, prepare depreciation schedules, manage ledgers, and coordinate audits. CA qualification with 3–8 years' experience and strong Excel skills are expected for this position.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• 3–8 years of experience in accounts and statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, PT, ESIC, PF, and ROC compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• TDS Returns Filing: Prepare and file TDS returns (24Q, 26Q) as per statutory requirements.
• TDS Certificate Management: Download, distribute, and manage TDS certificates for employees and vendors.
• TDS Scrutiny & Compliance: Conduct periodic reviews and audits of TDS processes to ensure compliance.
• Professional Tax (PT): Compute PT, facilitate payments, and file PT returns.
• GST Support: Assist in GST-related activities and documentation as required.
• ROC Support: Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for ROC filings and compliance.
• Depreciation Working: Prepare depreciation schedules and calculations for fixed assets.
• ESIC & PF Payments: Ensure timely calculation, payment, and reconciliation of ESIC and PF contributions.
• Ledger Scrutiny: Regularly review ledger entries for accuracy and integrity.
• Statutory Audit Support: Assist in audit preparation, documentation, and responding to auditor queries.
• TDS Computation & Payments: Calculate TDS dues accurately and ensure timely payment to authorities.
