Job summary

Avtar is seeking a technology leader to drive design, architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale AI, Generative AI, and cloud-native solutions that solve complex business challenges.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end AI/ML delivery, design scalable cloud-native architectures across AWS and GCP, and build enterprise AI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, and knowledge graphs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI/ML, cloud architecture and enterprise delivery.
• Expert in AWS and GCP with modern AI platforms.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, Generative AI and automation from prototype to production.
• Design scalable cloud-native architectures across AWS and GCP.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions from prototype to production.
• Design scalable cloud-native architectures across AWS and GCP using modern engineering patterns.
• Build enterprise AI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, semantic search, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.
• Drive rapid innovation by partnering with product, engineering, data science, and business teams.
• Architect secure, compliant, and high-performing solutions for regulated enterprise environments.
• Champion DevOps, MLOps, Responsible AI, AI Governance, and cloud engineering best practices.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, architecture reviews, and engineering mentorship.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to accelerate AI adoption and digital transformation.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, cloud architecture, enterprise engineering, and solution delivery.
• Expertise in AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, microservices, and modern AI platforms is essential.
• Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
