Job summary

Impetus in Bengaluru is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to design and lead enterprise AI solutions with a focus on Generative AI, AI/ML frameworks, AWS cloud services, and healthcare EMR/EHR systems.

You will mentor teams, establish architecture standards, optimize performance and cost, and drive scalable AI platforms on AWS. Strong design-thinking and practical experience with LLM ecosystems and MLOps are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and libraries including LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Hugging Face, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Deep understanding of optimization techniques such as Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Quantization, Distillation, and Model Performance Optimization.
• Strong AWS experience including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, OpenSearch, and API Gateway.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices and deployment pipelines.
