Job summary

Metso in Gurugram, India, is seeking a Manager, Agent Sales to drive the sales of Crushing & Screening Equipment through the agent network across the territory.

You will identify new agents, train partners, manage contracts and targets, and expand market presence while delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in sales/aggregates sector.
• Solid understanding of crushers & screening equipment and machines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboarding of new Agent Partners across the territory.
• Develop and implement training programs for agents to raise performance.
• Oversee sales through agent partners, achieving annual targets.
• Enhance market coverage and expansion via the agents channel.
• Plan and execute sales programs to promote Metso products and service.
• Ensure agency contracts are in place for audit purposes.
• Process agent invoices promptly and accurately.

JOB STATEMENT: This role is responsible for sales function of Crushing & Screening Equipment (All range of Metso Aggregates business products) through agent partners in the assigned territory.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for identifying & adding the new Agent Partners across the territory.
• developing and implementing training programs for individual agents’ ensuring the required skill and personnel levels are within the partner’s organization.
• Responsibility for all sales through agent partners within their stated territory, including meeting the performance targets, which are set annually and are included in the annual business plan.
• Will be enhancing the market coverage and market expansion through agents channel.
• Planning and implementing sales programs to promote Metso products, improve competitive position in area, and provide fast and efficient customer service.
• Responsible for ensuring agency agreement contracts for all agents are in place for audit purpose.
• Responsible for timely processing of the agent invoices and their payment in committed time period.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Relevant work experience – Minimum 8- 12 years of experience
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of crushers & screening equipment.
• Working knowledge of Machines and equipment
