Job Responsibilities
- Drive digital ad sales revenue by identifying and engaging with potential clients, including brands and agencies.
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to client needs, build JBPs and long-term deals which are win-win for both parties.
- Ensure high accountability in delivering results within tight timelines, be known as the best servicing team in the ecosystem.
- Build and nurture strong working relationships with key agencies and brands.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with ops, marketing, and business teams when required to unlock large scale conversations with brands and meet their objectives.
- Be up to date on evolving trends in the industry, ensuring the same is used to build asks from business/process/product POV.

- Experience: Proven expertise in digital ad sales, with a track record of meeting & exceeding targets.
