You will mentor the AR team, prepare MIS reports, and partner with global stakeholders to ensure timely cash receipts.

• Proven ability to forecast cash flow and monitor DSO.
• Experience with SAP ERP for order processing and AR.
• Ability to drive MIS reporting and ageing analysis.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable for four North American units from India.
• Lead credit management, collections, and cash application activities.
• Forecast cash flow and provide LOS reporting to leadership.
• Prepare AR dashboards, ageing analysis, and balance reconciliations.
• Coordinate with global teams across time zones and support audits.
• Maintain process improvements and internal controls in AR operations.
• Lead month-end close for AR and assist in credit limit setting.
