Job summary

Protiviti India in Gurugram is seeking a Manager - Accounts Payable (AP) with 8-12 years of experience to lead end-to-end AP, ensure timely invoice processing, payments, and month-end closings.

You will manage AP team performance, establish KPIs and governance, drive process optimization and automation, and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Treasury, and business stakeholders while ensuring compliance and audit readiness across global delivery operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AP in SSC/global delivery.
• Hands-on with ERP platforms SAP/Oracle/Dynamics.
• Knowledge of taxation, compliance and audits.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership.
• Analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA Finance / M.Com preferred.
• Experience in transition, transformation, or automation projects.
• Exposure to Power BI, reporting tools, or AP automation solutions.
