The work includes statutory audits under the Companies Act 2013, GST audits (GSTR 9C), preparation and filing of Income Tax and GST returns, TDS and professional tax, plus consultancy on Income Tax and GST.

Aufgaben

• Finalization of Books of Accounts of company and Liaisoning with External Auditors.
• Conducting Statutory audit of company under companies act 2013, Tax Audit of Company and also making GST audit under GST ACT (GSTR 9C).
• Preparation and filling of Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, TDS Returns, and Professional tax Return.
• Providing Consultancy related to Income Tax Act and GST Consultancy
• Registration Services under GST Act, Firm Registration Services Under Partnership Act, MSME Act, LEI for Companies.
• Verify Stock Reports and Preparing MIS Reports for Management Review.
• Preperation of Project reports and interaction with client for project financing, Debt Syndication.
