Job summary

ApplyMint seeks a Manager – Accounts & Finance to oversee the accounts and finance functions for hospital and hotel construction projects in Delhi/NCR (Project Site). You will work with the Group CFO and project leadership to ensure robust financial management, cost control, and timely reporting.

The role requires CA Inter (Intermediate), 10 years of relevant experience, and hands-on expertise in construction accounting, GST, TDS, budgeting, and billing.

Qualifications

• CA Inter (Intermediate) mandatory with 10 years in accounts & finance.
• Recent hospital or hotel construction project/site experience (2–3 years) required.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete accounts and finance function for construction projects.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports.
• Review contractor, consultant, and vendor bills.
• Monitor project costs against budgets.
• Prepare monthly MIS and project profitability reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, auditors, and authorities.
• Assist in financial planning, funding, and decision-making.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to manage the accounts and finance functions for our hospital and hotel construction projects. The candidate will work closely with the Group CFO and project leadership to ensure robust financial management, cost control, statutory compliance, and timely reporting.

Qualification

• CA Inter (Intermediate) is mandatory.
• Strong academic background with sound knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Mandatory: At least 2–3 years of recent experience at a hospital or hotel construction project/site.
• Experience in construction/project accounting, budgeting, cost monitoring, and contractor billing is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete accounts and finance function for assigned construction projects.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports.
• Review and process contractor, consultant, and vendor bills.
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
• Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, project profitability reports, and management dashboards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, auditors, and statutory authorities.
• Support contract administration, financial due diligence, and internal financial controls.
• Assist in strategic financial planning, project funding, and decision-making.
