Job summary

Mores Techno Pvt. Ltd. in Noida is seeking a skilled Manager - Finance with 5–10 years’ experience in the real estate sector. You will oversee day-to-day accounting, tax filings, compliance, and vendor/developer coordination to support budgeting and financial forecasting.

The role requires strong MS Excel skills, familiarity with Tally/ERP, and the ability to manage budgets and variances while ensuring timely financial reporting and statutory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry.
• Proficient in accounting, GST filings and statutory compliance.
• Experience in managing budgets and variances would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain general ledger
• Prepare and analyze P&L statements
• Manage GST filings, returns, and reconciliations
• Ensure statutory compliance and support audits
• Handle TDS deduction, filing, and reconciliation
• Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and Ledger Reconciliation
• Manage Developer Reconciliation (payments, advances, outstanding)
• Handle Vendor Payment Reconciliation and discrepancies
• Follow up with developers for payments and settlements
• Ensure timely vendor payments and track receivables

We are hiring a Manager in Finance professional with experience in the Real Estate sector to manage accounting, compliance, and reconciliations, along with developer and vendor coordination. Also assist in developing departmental, project, and organizational budgets. Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and contribute to financial forecasting to support strategic planning

Job Title: Manager - Finance

Work Location: Noida Sector - 90
Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Salary Package: 5 to 7.5 LPA
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:
