Job summary

Saaki Argus And Averil Consulting seeks an experienced operations leader to take ownership of the team, ensuring SLA adherence, productivity gains, and quality standards.

You will manage MIS, reporting and dashboards, delivering actionable insights for business decisions while identifying gaps and standardising SOPs. The role also involves acting as the SPOC for system upgrades and driving automation initiatives as the function scales.

• Lead and manage the team to meet SLA, productivity and quality targets.
• Oversee MIS, reporting and operational dashboards and provide business insights.
• Identify process gaps and drive process improvements and SOP standardisation.
• Act as the business SPOC for system upgrades and enhancements.
• Drive automation, RPA or AI-led process improvement initiatives.
• Develop team capabilities and take on larger team responsibilities as the function scales.
