We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Adobe Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing Adobe Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to track user interactions, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve digital experiences and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:Implement and configure Adobe Analytics across digital platforms.
Develop and manage tracking strategies, including tagging and data layer implementations.
Collaborate with developers, marketers, and UX teams to ensure accurate data collection.
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance metrics.
Analyze website and mobile app performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize user experience and business KPIs.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics and Adobe Analytics tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Adobe Analytics implementation and analysis.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Launch (Tag Management System).
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for tagging and data layer implementation.
Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target, or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools is a plus.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into meaningful insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with other analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Adobe Workspace.
Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
