Job summary

StayVista in Mumbai is seeking a motivated Management Trainee – Content Creator – Video Editor to craft engaging short-form videos. You will edit reels, plan concepts, and collaborate with the content team to tell compelling stories that showcase our villas.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with Premiere Pro, Instagram edits, color grading, and sound design, plus a creative eye and basic iPhone shooting skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is required.
• Experience with Instagram Edits, VN & Canva is preferred.
• Knowledge of Colour Grading and Sound Design is essential.
• Strong understanding of Reels, Shorts and short-form content is expected.
• Basic iPhone shooting knowledge - framing and angles.
• Own a capable editing laptop for Premiere Pro and other Adobe software.
• Creative eye and passion for visual storytelling is a plus.

Your Role

As an Management Trainee at StayVista, you will be responsible for creating and editing engaging Reels, Shorts, and other short-form content. You will handle video editing, colour grading, sound design, and visual storytelling, while collaborating with the content team on shoots and creative concepts.

About You

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Must)
• Experience with Instagram Edits, VN & Canva
• Knowledge of Colour Grading & Sound Design
• Strong understanding of Reels, Shorts & short-form content
• Basic iPhone shooting knowledge - frame rates, composition, angles & framing
• Own a decent editing laptop capable of smoothly running Premiere Pro and other Adobe software
• A creative eye and passion for visual storytelling is a plus
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
