Job summary

MEIL is looking for dynamic and highly motivated Chartered Accountants (Freshers) to join our Finance team as Management Trainees. The selected candidates will gain exposure to various finance functions including Financial Reporting, Accounting, Consolidation, Audit, Taxation, Treasury, Budgeting, and Business Finance.

The Management Trainees will operate from Hyderabad with full-time, on-site work. CA Fresher (0-1 Year) applicants who are eager to relocate based on business needs are encouraged

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Strong understanding of Accounting, Audit, Taxation, and Financial Reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial reporting and month-end closing activities.
• Support preparation and analysis of financial statements.
• Participate in accounting, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Assist in statutory audit, internal audit, and compliance activities.
• Support GST, TDS, and direct tax compliance.
• Prepare MIS reports and management presentations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams on finance projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
