Responsibilities
  • Response to customer inquiries via e-mail and telephone.
  • Assist with adherence to ISO standards and requirements; prepare reports as requested including, open and closed status, etc.
  • Perform tasks requested by the manager to reach team objectives or the company’s objectives based on needs.
  • Efficiently graduate the training plan dedicated to the position and the tasks.
  • Investigating and resolving any invoice mismatches in the system or reject/return the invoices as per agreed procedure.
  • Accuracy and duplicate audit of data entry and invoices.
  • Vendor statement reconciliations and Manual accounts clearing.
  • Provide information on status of Invoices and/or Payments, relevant contact information (email).
  • Resolution of supplier’s queries, major discrepancies, vendor clarification with respect to rejected payments.
  • Taking care of customer’s chat and calls and understand the queries and act accordingly.
  • Team handling experience.
Minimum Qualifications / Preferred Qualifications / Skills
  • B.Com/BBA (preferably in Commerce)
  • Accounting experience with customer service environment.
  • Work experience on: SAP, MS Office, Outlook.
  • Good communication skills (in writing and speaking) of English.
  • Understanding of Company and customer processes and policies. Follows working instructions. Demonstrates the ability to increase overall learning and performance by constantly adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Identifies and analyzes problems to make logical, fact-based decisions. Open to new concepts and ideas. Willing to learn.
