Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a good eye for detail.
  • Comfortable working with data, numbers, spreadsheets, and financial information.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and similar productivity tools to research, analyse information, and improve efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A go-getter with a self-starter mindset who is comfortable taking ownership and driving tasks independently.
  • Curious, resourceful, and willing to learn and work across different functions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external/global service providers.
  • Prior experience working/interning in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operational requirements for employees across different countries, including device procurement, background verification, coworking spaces, and other services.
  • Coordinate with global service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of operational issues.
  • Support the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding of service providers across different countries and service categories.
  • Maintain and update vendor information, commercials, contracts, and service-related data.
  • Assist with vendor benchmarking, market research, and commercial analysis.
  • Support the Global Expansion team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data, trackers, databases, and knowledge repositories.
  • Work with internal teams and global service providers to collect, validate, and structure information.
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in existing data and proactively work with stakeholders to improve data quality.
  • Support initiatives to improve the accessibility and usability of operational knowledge and information.
  • Support invoice reconciliation for employee benefits and other global services.
  • Review invoices against agreed commercials, employee data, and supporting documentation to identify discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and service providers to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Maintain trackers and reports for invoices, payments, and vendor-related activities.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and analysis to support business and operational decisions.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, discrepancies, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc analysis and projects across Global Expansion.

Management Intern Global Expansion
Role Overview

We are looking for a Management Intern to join our Global Expansion team and support a wide range of operational, procurement, data management, and vendor management initiatives. This is a generalist role suited for someone who enjoys working across different functions, is comfortable with numbers and data, and can take ownership of tasks from start to finish. The intern will work closely with internal stakeholders and global service providers to support the company's international operations and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
