Applicants should hold an MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, with 8+ years in academics or the corporate sector; a Ph.D. is an added advantage and research publications are desirable.

• Ph.D. in Finance, Management or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
• Research publications in reputed journals/conferences are desirable.
• Strong subject knowledge with the ability to teach Finance & Accounting subjects at UG and PG levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
