Job summary

micro1 is partnering with a leading AI lab to engage former management consultants for high-impact AI training and evaluation projects. You will apply consulting toolkit, structured problem solving, and strong written communication to assess how AI models reason through business problems and raise their performance to expert levels.

The role is a remote contractor position, requiring experience at top consulting firms, an undergraduate degree, and excellent English writing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, LEK, Oliver Wyman or similar) within the last 7 years.
• Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.
• Based in an English-speaking country.
• Excellent written English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model responses to business strategy and consulting-style problems.
• Write high-quality prompts, model answers, and detailed feedback.

2. Write high-quality prompts, model answers, and detailed feedback
3. Apply structured frameworks to assess reasoning quality and identify gaps
4. Work with the project team as guidelines evolve

Preferred Qualifications

1. At least one year of experience working at a top consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, LEK, Oliver Wyman, or similar), with at least part of this experience within the past 7 years
2. Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university
3. Based in an English-speaking country
4. Excellent written English
