Job summary

JobItUs in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, seeks an experienced Manager - Accounts & Finance (CA/ACCA) to support UK residential real estate and PBSA portfolios. You will transform financial data into insights and partner with business teams to boost performance.

Key duties include monthly management accounts, rent reconciliations, variance analysis, bank reconciliations, posting journals, and assisting audits and statutory reporting in a fast-paced UK real estate environment.

Qualifications

• CA/ACCA qualified professionals
• Strong knowledge of management accounting and financial reporting
• Experience in UK accounting / real estate accounting / property management preferred
• Hands-on experience with reconciliations, journals, variance analysis and financial controls
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts for UK real estate portfolios
• Handle rent reconciliations, arrears tracking and income analysis
• Prepare budget vs. actual variance analysis and support forecasting
• Work on bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Post journals including accruals, prepayments and depreciation
• Monitor key financial KPIs and provide performance insights
• Support asset & commercial teams with financial analysis
• Ensure strong financial controls and UK accounting compliance
• Support audits and statutory reporting requirements
• Work closely with operations teams in a fast-paced UK real estate environment

Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred / candidates who can join within 2 weeks
