Job summary

Freudenberg invites an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our Mohali plant. You will maintain and troubleshoot plant machinery, execute preventive and predictive maintenance, and supervise contractors.

You will analyze breakdowns, implement corrective actions to reduce downtime, manage spare parts, support SAP-based maintenance documentation, and drive safety, cost-saving and 5S initiatives. This role requires an engineering degree (electrical, mechatronics or mechanical) and 3+ years of

• Engineering degree in electrical, mechatronics or mechanical engineering
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience
• Experience with SAP and maintenance documentation
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills

Qualifications

Education: Engineering degree preferable (bachelor’s in electrical or mechatronics or mechanical engineering)

Experience: >3 years related work experience preferable
