OMEGA Elevators in India is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee elevator and escalator maintenance operations. You will supervise field technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical knowledge of elevator systems, and excellent communication with clients. You will manage documentation, training, and adherence to IS/EN safety norms while driving reliability and service

Qualificações

• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years experience in elevator/escalator maintenance, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong technical knowledge of elevator/escalator systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance methods.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local language as needed.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, service reporting tools, etc.).
• Thoroughly familiar with safety standards and statutory norms (IS, EN, etc.) relevant to elevators and escalators.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators and escalators.
• Lead, train, and evaluate a team of field technicians and maintenance staff.
• Plan, schedule, and assign preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure uptime and service quality.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company standards.
• Liaise with clients for service requests, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, maintenance logs, inventory records, and related documentation.
• Ensure all work is carried out with strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for maintenance efficiency and reliability.
• Support in the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of maintenance technicians.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide technical guidance during breakdowns.
• Monitor and manage spare parts, tools, and equipment inventory.

Job Purpose:
