Jio is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee fiber and utility maintenance, ensuring asset integrity and vendor SLA compliance. The role drives O&M programs, health and safety adherence, and energy optimization initiatives.

The candidate will lead outsourced maintenance teams, coordinate with the NOC, and uphold quality standards across fiber infrastructure and ISP equipment.

Formación

• B.E. in ENTC/Mechanical/Electrical required.
• 10–15 years of experience in fiber and utility maintenance.
• Experience with OSS and SAP (PM/MM) modules preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update the asset master.
• Monitor performance of the vendors against defined SLAs.
• Ensure compliance to defined SLA/KPIs.
• Execute O&M activities for inside plant electronics (ISP).
• Ascertain compliance to health, safety, environment and fire policies.
• Propose and implement energy optimization initiatives.
• Provide leadership to outsourced infrastructure maintenance team.
• Coordinate with network operations centre for network management.
• Ensure adherence to quality management standards.
• Ascertain compliance to preventive and corrective maintenance, standards for fiber and utility equipment.
• Maintain reliability of optical fiber network, uptime of fiber and utility equipment.
• Collaborate with infrastructure maintenance core team for maintaining network performance and upgradation.
