Job summary

SP Consultancy & Enterprises is seeking a qualified supervisor to oversee the maintenance of CNC machinery at our Chakan, Pune location. The role involves leading maintenance activities for HMC, VMC, turning and grinding equipment, ensuring reliability and minimal downtime.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with exposure to electrical systems and heat treatment equipment. Strong supervision and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical.
• Experience with CNC machines including HMC, VMC, Turning and Grinding.
• Exposure to Heat Treatment equipment (SQF, Induction Hardening).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance of CNC machines (HMC, VMC, Turning, Grinding).
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
