Smartworkconsultants in Madurai is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of building and facility systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting ability and hands-on experience in facility maintenance operations.

You will oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and building services, coordinate with technicians and external service providers, and ensure compliance with safety standards and SOPs.
