Job summary

Cameron Products is seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and support on-time delivery of equipment to meet operational demand. The role emphasizes improving maintenance-related efficiency, asset availability, and CI initiatives within the CRE/MB or Maintenance Center.

The candidate should have a high school diploma with some work experience and be prepared to work in a hands-on maintenance environment.

• Under direct supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
• Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.
• Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives

Mission

The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.
