Job summary

SLB in India seeks a Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment at the CRE or Maintenance Center.

Under supervision, you will capture maintenance data in TLM systems, adhere to Schlumberger standards, support CI initiatives and aim to improve CoSD, maintenance efficiency, people productivity and asset availability at the Kakinada site.

Qualifications

• high school diploma with some work experience

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
• Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.
• Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives

The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.
