Tekskills is seeking a QA Automation Engineer in Chennai to lead mainframe testing and drive automation across Python and API layers. You will design test scripts using Java/JavaScript and craft robust SQL queries for data validation.

Qualifications

• Experience in automating web-based applications.
• Strong SQL query writing skills.
• Test Plan, Test Case, and Test Script creation (Java/JavaScript).
• Knowledge of AR Domain (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform Mainframe testing and automate using Python and APIs.
• Develop and maintain web-based automation.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation.
• Create and maintain Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Scripts (Java/JavaScript).
• Utilize Jenkins CI/CD for builds and deployments.
• Lead offshore testing activities and coordinate with global teams.
• Participate in daily and weekly status meetings.
• Identify test cases suitable for automation and drive implementation.
• Work within Agile & Scrum environments.
