Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in L2 application support on mainframe platforms.
• Strong understanding of ACH and PEP+ payment systems, transaction flows, and file formats.
• Proficiency in JCL, COBOL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and FTP/SFTP protocols.
• Experience with mainframe scheduling tools (e.g., TWS).
• Familiarity with FTP & Sterling file transfer gateways
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
