Job summary

Infosys Bengaluru is seeking a senior consulting professional to lead engagement efforts across problem definition through solution design, development and deployment, delivering high-quality consulting solutions to clients in various stages of digital transformation.

You will review proposals, guide teams, manage change requirements, coach and train, and drive initiatives with a strong focus on risk, governance and client value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience.
• 8+ years in Mainframe Application Development and Support.
• 5+ years leading Mainframe Modernization initiatives.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale migration programs.
• Strong background in Banking, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, or Capital Markets domains.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and large distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engagement effort from problem definition to solution design, development and deployment for clients.
• Review proposals, provide guidance, and analyze solutions to identify risks and issues.
• Identify and propose change management requirements with structured client communication.
• Coach and create a vision for the team, providing training and feedback for high performance.

Responsibilities

• A day in the life of an InfoscionAs part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.


• You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues.


• You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.


• You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.


• You would be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.
