Job summary

V2soft in Chennai is seeking a Senior Mainframe Production Support specialist with 6+ years of experience in mainframe technologies. You will provide break-fix and development for COBOL, JCL, DB2 and IMS within a secure architectural framework. Prior experience with Endevor, SPUFI, and File Manager is preferred, with status updates tracked in Agile Central/Rally.

Location is Chennai (preferred), with permanent payroll through V2soft. Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide break fix and development for mainframe systems.
• Hands-on coding in COBOL, JCL, and DB2.

• Report status using Agile Central/Rally.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Strong technical skills in mainframe technologies (COBOL,JCL,DB2,IMS DB/DC) . IMS DB/DC is must. Experience in Endevor, SPUFI and File Manager. Resource should have hands-on and coding experience in mainframe technologies and should be able to provide break fix/development activity as well. Good understanding about Ford Architect Framework & Security and Controls. Good knowledge of Agile Central/Rally to report back the status.
