You will develop, enhance and maintain Mainframe applications, with a focus on COBOL, JCL, DB2 and CICS, while optimizing batch processing and online transaction systems. You will analyze requirements, prepare technical designs, perform testing, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with analysts and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and VSAM.
• Hands-on experience with Mainframe development and support.
• Knowledge of Mainframe utilities IDCAMS, SORT, FILE-AID, and XPEDITOR.

• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in BFSI domain.
• Knowledge of Endevor, Changeman, or other source control tools.
• Exposure to IMS DB/DC.
• Experience with Mainframe modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of MQ Series and Web Services integration.
